Nestled in the heart of our Bill Struth Main Stand, the Thornton Suite can accommodate up to 150 guests or delegates. Guests appreciate this suite for its grand marble staircase entry – usually exclusive to VIPs and players - and its regal royal blue and gold décor.
A luxury space for elevated events
Events held in the Thornton Suite often begin with canapes and champagne in the Members Lounge before guests their way in for four-course fine dining. This makes our Thornton Suite a favourite setting for black tie events like gala dinners and awards ceremonies.
However, the Thornton Suite also presents a versatile space for team building days and other corporate events - with lots of natural daylight and divider screens that transform the areas into a series of rooms.
