Edmiston House is a world class space with facilities lending itself to large-scale, high-impact conferences, with rooms ranging from 80 capacity all the way up to 700.

All three rooms in Edmiston House come with projector screens, high-spec AV equipment and of course, a well-equipped bar – perfect if you’re keen on making big impressions at your next conference event.

Fuelling conferences at Edmiston House is our on-site team, Levy UK + Ireland. From drinks and canapes to grab-and-go food stations, all our menus feature sustainably-sourced ingredients, fresh flavours and conferences in mind.

You also need a specific type of space for delivering a conference, which thankfully, we have lots of here at our Glasgow conference venue. If you’re after cutting-edge design and top spec facilities, you’ll appreciate the black walls, LED lighting and private bars in every room at Edmiston House. Alternatively, you might prefer the pitch views, private entrance and relaxed atmosphere from our Ibrox Suite.

When you choose to book, we can discuss and mix and match options in more detail – but a popular choice for corporate events is out ‘meetings for change’ package, which has been designed with the planet in mind. This package includes:

  • Unlimited, ethically sourced tea & coffee served throughout the day
  • Selection of seasonal, fresh whole fruit
  • Hydration station
  • Delicious calorie & carbon labelled lunch
  • Morning & afternoon refuel snack

As well as food and drink provisions, you’ll received a standard presentation screen, complimentary Wi-Fi access, a dedicated event planner and room hire included from just £28 per person + VAT.

To further support the sustainability objectives of both our business and yours, we offer limited car parking for those that need it, and notepads and pens are available only on request.
